We oversee our products from field to finished product. We maintain deep relationships with the local farmers we partner with and produce our products in our HAACP certified facility. Our commitment to supporting local is prioritized in our practices and we are committed to sourcing as much as we can from our Hawai’ian islands.
Roasted Macadamia Nut Flour
Grown from nuts harvested in Hawai’i, our Roasted Macadamia Nut Flour is naturally gluten-free and can be used as an alternative to other nut flours.
Okinawan Sweet Potato Flour
From crops sourced from local Hawai’ian farms, our Okinawan Sweet Potato Flour has a mild sweet flavor with notes of honey.
Macapan™
Made from coarse nut meal with just a touch of sugar and salt, our Macapan Macadamia Nut Marzipan delivers a rich, subtly sweet buttery flavor in a spreadable paste.
Mac Butter
A rich, creamy plant-based alternative to butter. Made from the sediment that settles in the oil after nuts are pressed.
Mac Nut Oil
Rich in nutrients, including healthful fatty acids and potassium, our Macadamia Oil is bright light-yellow and comes from the pressed macadamia nuts in our production process.
