 3 cups Whole Milk
 1 Eggs
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 1 cup mochiko
 1 cup Granulated Sugar
 1.50 tsp Baking Powder
 ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
 ¼ cup macadamia nut flour

Preheat waffle iron.

In a medium mixing bowl whisk wet ingredients, milk, egg, and vanilla extract, until well combined.

In another medium mixing bowl whisk dry ingredients; mochiko, macadamia nut flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together until well combined.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.

Spray nonstick cooking spray on the waffle iron and add 1/4-1/2 cup of waffle batter. Cook until golden brown.
