Kīpuka Mills Roasted Macadamia Nut Flour is made from nuts grown and harvested in Hawai’i and milled and ground in Hilo from the macadamia nut by-product that remains after the nuts are pressed for oil. Kīpuka Mills Roasted Macadamia Nut Flour is naturally gluten-free and can be used as an alternative to other nut flours in some recipes. Its roasted flavor adds depth and balance to baked goods and confections.

SHELF LIFE: 18 months from date of manufacturer unopened or 18 months refrigerated.
STORAGE: Store in an airtight container or tightly sealable freezer bag. Bring to room temperature before using.
